•If you are not happy with your item or the item is defective or incorrect, we will issue a refund. The item must be received unworn, unwashed, in new condition, and with original TAGS attached and postmarked up to 5 days from the DELIVERED DATE.
•There is a 10% restocking fee for all refunded items.
•We accept returns/ exchanges for an ONLINE CREDIT up to 14 days from the DELIVERED DATE. The item must be postmarked up to 14 days from the DELIVERED DATE.
•Due to fluctuation of inventory, when exchanging, we recommend placing an order for your new item so it doesn’t sell out and we will refund your original order once we receive and process it.
•Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, in new condition, and with original TAGS attached.
•Jewelry, Accessories, Gift Cards, Intimates, and Sale/Clearance category items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
•Coupon code items of 30% off or more are also final sale.
•Original shipping is not refundable.
•Once your package is received please allow 5-7 business days for return processing.
•We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping/ tracking receipts until your return is processed.
•The buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.
•Before returning the item, email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return request.
